I thought I would give everyone a quick update on our lives. Brent is working full time at Sorensen this summer and happily not doing any school! He has three classes left and a huge Senior project. he will graduated next May!!! YEA!!! He is also training to run the Wasatch Back relay which is this weekend. He is looking great and feeling great! I (Emily) am happy to be out of school for the summer! I hope to be able to relax and have some fun. This week has been crazy thus far because it is youth conference and I am on the food committee. The youth in our stake are working on 23 homes in the Glendale area that need new roofs, wheelchair ramps or things as simple as planting some flowers. So I run to Glendale everyday and serve lunch to 250 youth and then go and see what great progress they are making on thier projects. It has been a great experience and I am enjoying see the kids everyday and hearing about thier experiences.
Brent and I are getting ready to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. This year we decided to do something a little bigger and decided to fly to the outer banks of North Carolina. We are so excited and are ready for a break. If you don't know about the Outer Banks google it. It is a great place to go. It can be a little pricey but it is beautiful!!! We will take lots of pictures and hopefully post them.
