Six Months!

Jack turned 6 months on May 15th. I took him to the doctor this week and he weighed 14 pounds 9 0z which is in the 8th percentile. He is 25 1/2 inches long and that gets him into the 12th percentile. His height did go up on the charts and we are excited about that. He is just our little guy! He has become really active and rolled over for the first time on his 6 month birthday. Katy texted me while I was at work and said um...has Jack ever rolled over. I replied, "NO, he chose to do that while I was at work!" :(

Oh well work is coming to an end and with just 4 more days of school!!!

Jack loves his cereal, pears, and sweet potatoes. He still takes 3 naps a day and sleeps 10-12 hours at night. His new favorite thing is to put his face up against the bumper in his crib when he sleeps this is making a little nervous! He likes to kick off all his blankets and his socks. He loves watching other kids play. We just love being with this little boy he has brought so much joy and happiness into our home.

This is Heathers bucket that I borrowed to use at my friends baby shower and it was out when I was taking Jacks picture so I put him in it. He loved it! He could balance himself nicely with the sides of the bucket.

I am sure he was trying to figure out how to get his mouth on it!
