California- Wednesday (BEACH DAY!)

I love Disneyland...But I LOVE the beach. Wednesday we went down to Newport Beach. It was fun to just sit and relax and watch Brent throw himself into the waves. We didn't know how Jack would react to the ocean and I think the pictures show it all. He did take a nap in his stroller though. After a day at the beach we went and ate at the crab cooker. We then took the ferry over to Balboa island. We got Balboa bars and did a little shopping. Oh how we loved beach day.

As you can see Jack was not fond of the water. I think it was more the noise it was making. His reaction made me laugh a little. We tried again a little later and he did a little better.

Just looking at the ocean. It gives me a type of peace that I love.

We LOVE this place. I had the Salmon and Brent had the shrimp...I couldn't eat their famous chowder because I am allergic. :( As you can see Jack also loved the place. We gave him a hard bread stick to suck on.
