Asthma

We love this mask that makes him look like a little fish. He is doing great with it. He just sits usually for about 10 minutes just looking at books. The rest of the time we have to come up with some distractions. He has learned though how to get it completely off by himself.

My old school called me 2 weeks ago and asked if I would be willing to come back and teach 1/2 day again. It was a really hard decision because Cottonwood is a great place to teach and the money wouldn't hurt either. After a lot of thought and prayer once again ( I thought I had already made this choice..I did I just got tempted). I decided it wasn't for me. The next week Jack was not feeling well again and I didn't like his breathing. I took him in and he had another ear infection and he was asthmatic. So we have been giving him breathing treatments every 4 hours. I have been so grateful that I didn't accept that job so I could be home to take care of him. I also am grateful because I have been able to help or can lots of fruits and vegetables this fall. So while we were home sick for a couple of days I put up pears. That's why that picture is included. I have my dream job what I always wanted to say when people would ask me what do you want to be when you grow up.... I want to be a wife and a Mom and now I get to have that great blessing in my life.

He looks so cute in his mask and even smiles. It is adorable! Bummer he has Ashma but glad they can do something to help him.
