The Giles family tradition for Christmas Eve is to get together for breakfast. They used to get up and go see the lights on temple square before it gets light but they don't turn much on anymore in the morning. This year the breakfast was held at Alice's. We were also able to give our beloved plant away during the grab bag gift exchange. It was a fun morning. On our way home though a big storm hit and by the time we got into Salt Lake the roads were getting pretty bad. So we were grateful to not have to go very far the rest of the day.
