One Week!

We look back in the first week of Jacks life and lots of words come to our minds. We think exciting, scary, emotional, overwhelming, joyful, a dream, a miracle, exhausting, grateful

and lots and lots of love for our little Jack. He has over come a lot the past week. He spent 5 days in the NICU, met many family members, ripped out his own feeding tube, and turned into a fantastic eater, went to his first pediatrician appt. and found out he was back to his birth weight. We had some long nights but we wouldn't trade them for anything including sleep. :) We love you Jack!

Jack is a very content baby...He doesn't complain much. He was considered low maitenance in the NICU

He is probably thinking... Who did they send me home with???
